About Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary
A protected wetland reserve spanning 6.2 sq km at the head of Dubai Creek. Home to over 20000 migratory birds including pink flamingos, herons, and eagles. Three bird hides allow visitors to observe wildlife without disturbing them. One of the few urban wildlife sanctuaries in the world.
