National Charity Schools signs MOU with MENA College of Management

Dubai, UAE: A partnership designed to support various educational initiatives along with student’s engagement and development in the region has been developed by MENA College of Management (MCM) and National Charity Schools.
Dr. Kamal Farhat, National Charity School’s Directorate General, and Prof. Abdel Moneim M. B. Ahmed, President – MENA College of Management have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) that has established a fast-track entry route for the students of 105 National Charity Schools in the region into the several Bachelor Programs offered at MCM.
Dr. Kamal Farhat said: “Secondary education and higher education are strongly integrated. This kind of agreements limits a lot of transition’s associated issues the freshmen face at the university. Thus, His Excellence - Mr. Juma Al Majed- the Founder and Dr. Aref Al Sheikh- Head of Board of Trustees of the charity schools supports this collaboration for the benefit of our students, to see and learn about their future education before graduating from High school and gain more knowledge about the university life. This kind of partnership is also an opportunity for our teachers and other staff members for training and development through workshops and seminars MENA College of Management can offer them for the good of the students”.
Prof. Abdel Moneim M. B. Ahmed, President – MENA College of Management, added: “We are delighted to be working with National Charity Schools as this partnership ties in very well with MCM’s core values of Community Engagement. To attract the top students of the National Charity Schools, we will be awarding numerous Academic Scholarships with full tuition fees waiver and additional partial waivers. The aim is to conduct regular seminars at NCS’s to educate students and their parents about various program offering and help them choose the right career paths which will ensure the smooth transition from the school to the university.”
As part of the MoU, both organizations agreed to encourage networking across their large and growing professional communities in the region, and to support the quality of academic programs at both institutions.
