Repton School Dubai Celebrates Pupil Success at Prestigious Pearson Learner Awards
35 Students Recognised for Exceptional Academic Achievements Across GCSE, AS, and A Level Examinations
Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 04 December 2024: Repton School Dubai proudly celebrates the exceptional accomplishments of 35 students who have been honoured with prestigious awards for their remarkable performance in the Pearson Edexcel examinations. Among them, 2 students received the Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards, while 33 students were recognised with Pearson High Achievers Awards.
Repton School Dubai is delighted to highlight the achievements of some of its top-performing students. Adil Mahmood and Adya Rahul Pundir achieved Grade 8 or above, qualifying for Pearson Edexcel International GCSE. Basim Mahmood Usmani and Dimitris Zourelidis earned Grade A in Pearson Edexcel International Advanced Subsidiary Level, while Aayush Sen achieved Grade A or above for Pearson Edexcel UK GCE/International Advanced Level. These academic achievements reflect the determination and talent within Repton School Dubai's community.
The Outstanding Pearson Learner Awards celebrate the highest-achieving international students who demonstrate exceptional academic performance across Pearson qualifications, including GCSEs, International GCSEs, A Levels, and International AS Levels. These awards honour students who excelled in their respective subjects in the Middle East. The two students who achieved the Highest Mark in the Middle East are:
- Edward Ohare for International Advanced Subsidiary English Language
- Kuang Lin Kar for International GCSE Further Pure Mathematics
High Achievers Awards Criteria
Repton were also recognized with High Achiever Awards for attaining outstanding grades in multiple subjects. These awards were presented to those who achieved:
- 5 or more GCSEs at grade 8 or above
- 3 or more As at AS or A Level
These accolades reflect the academic rigor and dedication demonstrated by Repton students, competing with thousands of learners worldwide.
