The Role Job Description: -Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing product assortment, inventory, and sales performance to maximize profitability and deliver an exceptional customer experience. -Plan seasonal product ranges and maintain an effective merchandise mix. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to minimize stock-outs and overstock situations. -Work closely with buyers, suppliers, and store teams to ensure timely product availability. -Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in collaboration with store operations.
