The leading event for wood and woodworking machinery specialists, Dubai Woodshow is staging its 21st edition in 2025.

As MENA’s only dedicated business-to-business meeting place for the sector, this is the place to come to do business. 2024’s edition attracted a record 682 exhibitors from over 130 countries, including 10 country pavilions – proving the industry’s strength and importance.

This market strength is particularly evident in construction, where timber is certainly enjoying a boom – powered by the growing focus on eco-friendly building. Wood, as a renewable resource, is a more sustainable option than other materials. Combined with timber’s durability, strength and versatility, plus its comparative speed and efficiency as a construction method, this trend is driving demand across MENA and elsewhere.
