Automechanika is, quite simply, the MENA region’s largest international trade show for the automotive aftermarket industry. It is also a show that gets bigger and bigger every year.

For those working in or simply interested in the sector, the reasons for attending are clear. First and foremost, this is a vast trade show, with the chance to see first-hand the latest products and innovations from across the industry. Manufacturers and suppliers come from well over 50 countries to take part. In addition, Automechanika is also an excellent opportunity to network, seal deals, explore new partnerships and stay up-to-date on the latest trends.

For 2024, show highlights include the Innovation Zone, which looks at the future of the automotive aftermarket, and AfriConnections, a dedicated area connecting African buyers with global suppliers.

In terms of knowledge sharing, the event features the Automechanika Academy, which acts as an informal forum for exchanging ideas and insights. Alongside this, the Modern Workshop track offers a host of training, seminar and demonstration opportunities.

The event is rounded off by the Automechanika Dubai Awards for Excellence, as well as fun elements such as the Pitstop Challenge, where attendees can have a go at outdoing others with their tyre mounting and changing skills.
