Hamptons International has announced a prestigious two-day exhibition to be held at the Dubai Marina in May, which is the first of a two-leg global tour to introduce The Collection.
The Collection event will profile superior London and country-based UK properties and developments for active buyers and investors based in Dubai. The Collection will be based at the Hamptons International office at Dubai Marina on 18 – 19 May, before moving to Hong Kong on the 25 – 27 May. The aim of each event is to help satisfy demand for UK property as the favourable exchange rate and market conditions have combined to make the UK a prime investment opportunity for overseas buyers.
Andrew Phillips, London Sales Director at Hamptons International, who will be in attendance at The Collection event said: “The Collection is a prime opportunity for investors to meet with representatives from one of the UK’s leading residential property companies. At the event, potential buyers will be able to seek professional assistance on the best investment opportunities available across the UK residential market.
“We are looking forward to showcasing The Collection portfolio of prestigious properties to our Dubai customer base and allow investors to gain a first-hand look at some of the best examples of UK residential property currently on the market.”
Hamptons International will be welcoming a select audience of property investors to attend and view The Collection on the 18 and 19 May. Experts from Hamptons International’s network, including representatives from the Sales, Lettings and Country House departments, will be available to advise and share their market knowledge.
