Dubai Culture Awarded ISO 11367:2025 in Service Excellence
- The Authority becomes the first cultural entity globally to achieve this milestone
Dubai, UAE, 9 April 2026: Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has been awarded the ISO certification for Service Excellence (ISO 11367:2025) by the International Organization for Standardization, becoming the first cultural entity worldwide to receive it. This achievement reflects the Authority’s commitment to the highest standards in government service delivery and its vision to position Dubai as a global centre for culture, an incubator for creativity, and a thriving hub for talent.
The certification followed comprehensive audits conducted by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA), reflecting Dubai Culture’s efforts to improve the government services ecosystem and deliver high-quality, customer-focused outcomes. It also highlights the organisation’s adoption of innovative solutions that enhance service design and efficiency, reinforcing its leadership in institutional excellence.
Commenting on this milestone, Mansoor Lootah, CEO of the Corporate Enablement Sector and Chief AI Officer at Dubai Culture, said the certification recognises the Authority’s efforts to enhance government services and foster a positive work environment. He noted that this focus raises satisfaction levels among community members, creatives, artists, and talents, while improving the experience of stakeholders and visitors across Dubai Culture’s facilities.
Lootah said: “Being awarded this certification reflects our commitment to strengthening the government services ecosystem and enhancing its efficiency, rooted in our belief in investing in people as a fundamental pillar of progress. It also confirms our adoption of an integrated management system and our dedication to innovative ideas that advance our operational frameworks and align with public expectations.”
