The traditional Turkish breakfast at Ruby has more than 16 authentic dishes including a cheese plate, a fume meat plate, Borek. Sucuk, Menemen, Labne, Halvah, Grape Molasses, Tahini, Honey and a variety of dips and jams. For added authenticity, ingredients are flown in from Turkey including the spices, cold cuts, cheese oils, and jams.
