Dubai, UAE - September 27, 2021: The leading homegrown eatery, Mr. Brisket, which was born in 2015, has opened its fifth branch in the UAE! With an aim to shift the paradigm of street food to make it fine dining, the largest branch to date is located on Golden Mile 5, The Palm Jumeirah, and offers customers a unique global conscious “Street Fine Eatery” experience.
Founded in the UAE by Malik Bin Khalid AlZuraiki and co-founded by Ahmad Bin Khalid AlZuraiki, Mr. Brisket offers customers a high-quality, and conscious culinary adventure, with a range of delectable dishes that use clean, real and organic ingredients. With an aim to create a space where truth and love can exist and be experienced through food, art, music and vibes, the eatery strongly bases its offering on consciousness to build a community of wellbeing and joy, while being as eco-friendly as possible
When it comes to the menu, the brand only uses 100% natural oak wood to smoke its famous grass-fed, antibiotic-free, organic brisket for 12-14 hours. Paired with home-made sauces and condiments, Mr. Brisket’s artisan smoked beef, as well as the popular organic beef sliders and chicken sliders are served flavourful and tender. The menu also features an array of dishes to suit both vegetarians and pescatarians, as well as fresh juices, delicious desserts and milkshakes, making Mr. Brisket the perfect dining destination for friends and families.
Throughout the growth of the brand, Mr. Brisket has ensured a continuous commitment to support both the environment and the community through several initiatives, including the support of social projects with a dedicated Mr. Brisket Cares program, as well as ensuring the brand remains plastic-free while encouraging recycling.
