Named after the notorious feline’s fur for its similarly speckled exteriors after extended anaerobic fermentation of the bean while processing. The Honduras Leopard Geisha after careful processing has intensified tropical notes naturally present in the geisha coffee variety, whilst adding adding layers of chocolate, lactic notes and an herbaceous undertone.
