Brows 101 from Tweezerman Beauty Tools, the brow experts

Tweezerman’s International Trainer, Melissa Shurina shares her four cardinal rules on Brows 101. 

• Rule #1: The beginning of the brow should align with the centre of the nostril.
• Rule #2: The arch of the brow should fall at the back third of the eye. 
• Rule #3: The eyebrow should follow the length of the eye but it shouldn’t extend into the temple area. 
• Rule #4: Avoid over-tweezing above the brow. A few stray hairs are fine to remove, but tweeze too much and it can create an unnatural look.

Melissa also suggests, “Prior to tweezing, take a hot shower or use a warm washcloth on your face to open up pores. Tweeze one hair at a time and always in the direction of hair growth.”
