Fumee Steakhouse Introduces a Fire-Led Iftar Experience This Ramadan
January 2026, Dubai, United Arab Emirates: This Ramadan, Fumée Steakhouse at the Fairmont Dubai, presents a refined Iftar experience inspired by fire, flavour, and the joy of gathering. Priced at AED 240 per person, the menu brings together flame-grilled signatures and comforting favourites, designed for sharing and lingering at the table. Rooted in tradition yet distinctly contemporary, it reflects Fumée’s understated approach to craft, warmth, and hospitality.
The first course sets the tone with a traditional welcome, served family style for everyone to share with Ajwa and Medjoul dates, followed by a seasonal salad dressed with olive oil and lemon. A Ramadan bread basket then takes centre stage, alongside familiar favourites: mixed olives, labneh finished with hummus, and baba ganoush topped with pepper paste. The course is rounded out with comforting touches such as stuffed grape leaves, and burnt butter with tulum cheese.
The pace softens with soup, served to share, offering either a traditional lentil soup with butter, cumin, and sweet paprika, or a soup of the day. Hot starters continue the experience, from pan calf liver with onions and spices to hand rolled kol böreği, slow cooked Ashur with meat, and traditional icli kofte, arriving at an easy, unhurried pace.
Guests move into the main course with a personalised choice, selecting one dish each from Ramadan favourites. Options range from slow cooked lamb shoulder with rice pilaf, pistachio, and brown butter to grilled chicken skewers with roasted vegetables, or Ali Nazik with grilled lamb, smoked eggplant purée, and yoghurt. Handmade Turkish dumplings with butter sauce follow, alongside a dish of the day that keeps the menu fresh across Ramadan.
Dessert completes the evening with one classic sweet, bringing warmth and nostalgia to the table. Guests may choose between baked rice pudding topped with roasted hazelnuts, delicate güllaç layered with milk soaked pastry and pistachio, or a classic Umm Ali filled with baked bread, milk, and nuts.
With its refined setting, confident flavours, and contemporary approach to tradition, Fumée Steakhouse offers an Iftar that feels elevated, welcoming, and memorable. It is the kind of place you return to during Ramadan, to gather, share, and savour the season, one course at a time.
Complimentary water, Turkish tea and şerbet are served alongside the Iftar.
