At Kids Academy childcare all of our staff team are ultimately valued first and foremost, they are highly trained and receive specialist in-house staff training throughout the year to maintain our outstanding standards of quality childcare education. Staff are invested in and empowered to maximise their fullest potential to thrive in our environment and continually progress up the ranks to whichever position they so desire.
All our staff members hold their certificates for administering pediatric first aid, food hygiene and child protection and these are updated annually. Staff are readily available to discuss children’s development and progression within any of the nurseries and we hold two informal parents evening each year to encourage shared information.
At Kids Academy UK and UAE childcare we are very proud of our superb staff team and have recently been awarded Ofsted Outstanding in addition to Investors In People, ROSPA Health and Safety and Disability two ticks award.
