Dubai, 27 January 2020: The Department of Maktoum Holy Quran Memorization centers of the Islamic Affairs and Charitable Activities Department in Dubai (IACAD) announced that an average of 3,019 students were enrolled in the centres during 2019 – 70% of whom were females. Statistics by the centres’ department indicated that an average of 201 workshops were organized last year, and an average of 189 teachers worked in the centres - around 72% of whom were females.

Sharjah, May 14, 2019: Four renowned Arab scholars and preachers will participate in the 12th edition of the religious awareness initiative ‘Eiman Oasis’. The programme is organised by Al Qasba and will run from 16 - 22 May at Al Qasba mosque in Sharjah.
