    Etihad Airways and Saudia Announce Major Expansion of Their Commercial Partnership

    October 22, 2019:    Etihad Airways, the national airline of the United Arab Emirates, and Saudia, the national flag carrier of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, have marked the first anniversary of their commercial partnership by announcing 12 new codeshare routes to key destinations in Asia and Europe.  Since signing their agreement in October, 2018, the two airlines have placed their flight codes on each other’s services between Abu Dhabi and the Saudi Arabian cities of Dammam, Jeddah, Riyadh and Medina. The photos showed AlMansoori conducting an experiment on bone status indexes, body composition, and endocrine regulation in astronauts. This experiment on “Osteology” is conducted in cooperation with the Russian Space Agency Roscosmos.     Emirates announces its first A380 service to Cairo

    Dubai, UAE - 29 September 2019:  Emirates will be operating its A380 service to Cairo International Airport on 2 October 2019, making it the first scheduled commercial airline to operate an A380 flight into Egypt. With the intent to make the world's largest commercial passenger jet a part of the airline's scheduled service to Cairo, this inaugural flight will re-affirm the airport's infrastructure readiness ahead of regular A380 operations.     Dubai, United Arab Emirates -  September 29, 2019:    In his third day aboard the International Space Station (ISS), Emirati astronaut Hazzaa AlMansoori, began his day by communicating with the ground station at MBRSC in Dubai, and informing them of his daily schedule.
