23rd Edition of Miss India Worldwide to be hosted in the UAE

- 40 countries compete for the title in Dubai & Abu Dhabi this June 2014

11th June, 2014 –The ‘Miss India’ beauty queens from 40 different countries will arrive in the UAE to compete for the title ‘Miss India Worldwide 2014’. While the finale pageant will take place at the Grand ballroom, Al Raha Beach Hotel, Abu Dhabi on 20th June, 2014, the talent leg of MIWW 2014 will happen at Hyatt Regency Hotel, Dubai, on the 18th June, 2014. The contestants will be in UAE from the 15th of June 2014 prepping for the finale.

The event will host entertainment acts and celebrity performances.

The 40 countries include Andorra, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, French Guiana, Grenada, Kenya, Italy, Indonesia, Mauritius, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Spain, South Africa, Sweden, Norway, Netherland, New Zealand, Tanzania, Oman, Qatar, UAE, USA, Uganda, UK to name a few. The contestants from the Middle East are Sanna Monga, Miss India UAE 2014, Rachel Bianca, Miss India Kuwait 2014, Niharika Pathak, Miss India Oman 2014 and Trisha Verma, Miss India Qatar 2014.

The winner will own the title ‘Miss India Worldwide 2014’ and will receive prizes such as cash money, gifts from sponsors and all-expense paid trips to over five countries around the world. The winner will also be the brand ambassador of MIWW until the next pageant is held. Last years MIWW was held in Malaysia and the winner, Nehal Bhogaita from UK, was the first hearing impaired Miss India Worldwide and has done amazing work in helping the special needs community and being a role model for young girls throughout the world. The show will be broadcasted on MTV India and Colors (MENA Region) post the finale.

The subtitles in this year’s pageant include Colors Viewer’s Choice, City 101.6 Listener’s Choice, Miss Bollywood Diva, Miss Congeniality, Miss Catwalk, Miss Beautiful Skin, Miss Beautiful Hair, Miss Beautiful Smile, Miss Beautiful Figure, Miss Beautiful Face, Miss Talented, Miss Photogenic, and Chairman’s Miss Professional. Miss India Worldwide (MIWW) is a property of IFC and is being organized in UAE by Emirates Vision.
