‘UAE's Happiest Workplace' partners with Dubai Economy to roll out Consumer Happiness Counters across its showrooms

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 29 October, 2017:  Al Naboodah Group Enterprises (ANGE), one of the UAE's oldest and most respected family conglomerates with a diverse portfolio of businesses, is pledging its full support to Dubai Economy and its objective of enhancing happiness across the emirate. This partnership will see Consumer Happiness Counters rolled out across ANGE's showrooms in Dubai, an initiative which supports the UAE Vision 2021 in addition to meeting the Group's Vision 2020 commitment to quality customer service and customer engagement. 

ANGE's support of the Consumer Happiness Counter initiative is part of the Group's wider strategy to enhance customer engagement levels across all touchpoints. The first Consumer Happiness Counter to launch under ANGE's portfolio of brands is currently operational at its main Peugeot showroom, located on Sheikh Zayed Road. Over time, ANGE will look to introduce the counters across the majority of its consumer touchpoints, creating a happier experience at Haval, Maxus and across Al Naboodah Electrical and Al Naboodah Travel showrooms. 

Buti Al Naboodah, Deputy Chief Executive Officer: Commercial for Al Naboodah Group Enterprises commented: “Al Naboodah Group Enterprises is fully aligned with Dubai Economy and its vision to create a culture of happiness amongst consumers. The Consumer Happiness Counter initiative is a practical and effective means of improving the customer journey, and this is one measure of our commitment to quality customer service. Customer engagement is a key priority for us, to the extent that we have defined this as a key objective in our Vision 2020. “

He added: “Earlier this year, Al Naboodah Group Enterprises was awarded the ‘UAE's Happiest Workplace' and we have committed to ensuring that these values are translated across every aspect of our business, including the customer.” 

Launched by the Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection (CCCP) sector in the Dubai Economy, the Consumer Happiness Counter initiative supports the UAE government's vision in creating happier lifestyles. The Consumer Happiness Counters are designed to create an efficient means for consumers to provide feedback, and have any grievances addressed more quickly. 

Ahmad Al Awadi, Director of Commercial Control in Dubai Economy said: “Customer care is an integral part of the UAE 2021 Vision and the focus of the Dubai Plan 2021 on creating a City of Happy, Creative and Empowered People.  Dubai Economy is continuously looking at ways to enhance ease of business, transparency and efficiency to achieve customer happiness. 

The Consumer Happiness Counters are an initiative aimed at creating a seamless customer experience, fostering a stronger culture of business-to-consumer engagement. We're pleased to have Al Naboodah Group Enterprises helping us achieve our vision, and we look forward to launching more counters in their showrooms in the future.”
