UAE, April 29, 2017 – Falconcity of Wonders LLC, the developer of the Falconcity of Wonders (FCW) multipurpose mega project arising in Dubai, recently donated AED 50,000 to Ebdaat Craft Cooperative Society Dubai, an organization that supports craft work and other native articles made by Emiratis. Mr. Ahmad Almoosa, Vice Chairman and Deputy General Manager of FCW, handed over the cheque to Ms. Jawaher Ahmed, Chairwoman of Board Directors of Ebdaat Craft Cooperative Society Dubai, and voiced the company's commitment to help preserve Emirati heritage and promote locally made products.
Ebdaat Craft Cooperative Society Dubai is the first cooperative society established in the UAE to support the creative ideas and products of Nationals. It provides Emiratis with low-priced materials; training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities; and market through exhibiting and other special local, regional and international events. FCW's contribution was made in appreciation for the Society's efforts to raise economic, cultural and social awareness among community members forming part of its cooperative.
