Dubai, November 23, 2017:  In collaboration with the General Pensions and Social Security Authority (GPSSA), Pure Health Company organized a workshop to raise the awareness of the company's employees working in the company's medical laboratories about the Federal Pension and Social Security Law as well as GPSSA procedures. This workshop is held as part of the company's efforts to maximize the number of national human resources within its laboratory network for the sake of achieving its vision towards Emiratisation of this important sector.

The workshop was attended by representatives from Pure Health Headquarters and 110 laboratory members, and it was presented from GPSSA by H.E Mr. Mohamed Saqer Al Hammadi, Director of the Customers Happiness Department, who emphasized that GPSSA is keen to cooperate with the private sector's employers to ensure that they receive all information that serves the nature of their business, while keeping them up-to-date and well acquainted with all the developments related to GPSSA work, in addition to its keenness to keep the insured working in the private sector familiarized with all insurance advantages and benefits provided to them by the Pension Law, in order to choose the most appropriate career path that provides them with a better future. He further pointed out that it is very important to be fully acquainted with their insurance status so as to determine their future plans and expectations.

Al Hammadi highly appreciated the considerable efforts made by Pure Health to enable its employees to get acquainted with all retirement and insurance affairs, praising its keenness to fulfill its duties towards empowering the national human resources and appreciating their potential that qualify them to lead its laboratories network, pointing out that this attitude bears witness to a healthy relationship between the national employees and their superiors.

Following the workshop, Ms. Njoud Mulla, Head of Pure Health HR Department, received questions from employees and answered all their inquiries and questions. She said that Pure Health as a private sector company is interested in supporting the presence of national employees in the private sector in line with the efforts of the State to support the UAE nationals working in the private sector and bearing 2.5 % of the contributions payable by the employer for the sake of encouraging this sector.
