I have often come back from museums wondering what life was like for the common man - a glimpse behind the grandeur of royalty. Dubai museum has got it just right.
Housed in the 200 year old Al Fahidi Fort, Dubai Museum is a 'must visit' for visitors and residents wanting to know more about the Arab lifestyle and culture.
You can actually walk through an Arab Souk (market). The depictions are so realistic, I admit to apologising to a dummy. "It is time well-spent", enthused a British tourist. Need we say more ?
