The Hotel Show is the Middle East’s flagship event for the burgeoning hospitality industry.

Connecting buyers with key suppliers for more than 20 years, it now stands as the sector’s original, largest and most influential trade event, attracting thousands of buyers and providing an unrivalled opportunity for professionals to network and do business.

In parallel with the exhibition, there will be multiple talks and seminars across a number of tracks. These include the HITEC Dubai Conference, The F&B Stakeholders Summit, The Hospitality Engineer’s Conference, The Hospitality Leadership Forum and the UAE Professional Housekeepers Group Meeting.

Other key features include the Chef’s Table competition, organised and managed by The Emirates Culinary Guild. Here, nine teams from the region’s top hotels go head-to-head and produce a five-course meal. The winner is named Hotel Culinary Team of the Year.
