A very warm welcome to the GEMS Wellington Academy – Silicon Oasis, a world class private school in Dubai that teaches children from Foundation Stage to Sixth Form (Year 13). As one of Dubai’s most prestigious school development, our campus offers a bright, modern, well-resourced environment for our diverse group of students.
Our Academy is located within Dubai’s integrated technology park – Dubai Silicon Oasis, and is close to Dubai’s major transport and business hubs.
To reflect the international standing of this unique private school, we teach all our students an enriched and developed National Curriculum of England, which has been enhanced to meet the particular needs of our pupils.
This personalised curriculum sees all pupils working their way towards iGCSE, GCSE and BTEC qualifications. In the Sixth Form, pupils follow the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme or International Baccalaureate Career-related Programme. This prepares our students for entry into some of the world’s most prestigious colleges and universities.
Our Academy benefits from an outstanding range of facilities which are used through our rich and varied curriculum, including; three 25-metre swimming pools, two Astroturf sports fields, three large indoor multipurpose sports halls, extensive Performing Arts and Media facilities and a range of Art and Design Technology facilities. We also offer an Enrichment Programme and many Sports Squad opportunities which ensures students have access to broad range of experiences and development opportunities. We work closely with ESM, Dubai’s leading sports training academy, to offer a comprehensive range of after-school sporting activities.
