    Airbus forecasts 3,020 New Aircraft Deliveries to Airlines in the Middle East by 2040

    Dubai, 18 November 2021 –  Airlines operating in the Middle East region will require 3,020 new passenger and freight aircraft deliveries by 2040, according to the 2021 Airbus Global Market Forecast (GMF) launched at the Dubai Airshow 2021. This will bring the total fleet to 3,210 from a 2019 fleet baseline of 1,300 aircraft.
