Dubai, UAE; February 20, 2017: Etihad Airways Engineering has signed an agreement with Kenya Airways to perform mandatory checks on its Boeing 787-8 fleet. This is part of an integration programme for the newest additions to the airline's fleet.
The first of six scheduled Boeing 787 C-checks begins this month, with the last one planned for October 2017. The airline is also planning a number of product and reliability improvement modifications to systems and components during these heavy maintenance checks.

Nayif-1 is expected to be launched on the morning of 15th February, if all logistics are intact and ideal weather conditions prevail, to ensure a successful launch into space. Dubai, UAE, February 2, 2017: The International Air Transport Association (IATA) announced full-year global passenger traffic results for 2016 showing demand (revenue passenger kilometers or RPKs) rose 6.3% compared to 2015 (or 6.0% if adjusted for the leap year).
