DUBAI – April 19, 2018:   TascTemp.com, the region's first digital hiring portal for temporary staff, has won the “Website Launch of the Year' Award by Seamless Retail. This award is in recognition to TascTemp.com's contribution to transforming temporary hiring in the UAE.

A TASC Outsourcing initiative, TascTemp.com is the first-of-its-kind business-to-business portal, which enables businesses in the UAE to hire temp staff within a couple of hours or half-a-day. Within just four months of its launch, TascTemp.com has received over 10,000 unique visitors and over 100 registered businesses interested in hiring candidates on the portal.

Businesses registered on TascTemp.com have access to visa-ready, ready-to-join, prequalified and pre-screened candidates. Users can browse through www.tasctemp.com to choose amongst the available candidates, who are ready-to-be-employed across sales and administrative functions within the UAE. Each candidate on the portal has a video profile, which can be used to short-list – thus, eliminating the hassle of scheduling interviews.

The selected candidates can be recruited for just a day, or for any duration up to six months. As the candidates' background check and paper work are complete, the hiring process is really fast.

Salary payments to candidates are managed by TASC. Users see an all-inclusive pricing per day and pricing per month displayed against each candidate. The upfront hiring cost visibility adds to the ease-of-use. Since all paper-work, salary payments and compliance have been taken care of; customers enjoy a seamless, fast, easy and labor compliant service for hiring temp staff.

On behalf of TASC, Mr. Abbas Ali, SVP – TASC Outsourcing, received the prestigious award at a ceremony held in Dubai recently. Upon receiving the award, Mr. Abbas Ali said, “We are proud to receive the Website Launch of the Year Award for TascTemp.com. The innovative portal was designed to meet last minute, short-term staffing needs especially for the retail industry, where sales promoters or admin staff are required for a short duration – either during peak sales period or promotion.”

“And, winning this award from Seamless - region's leading conference and exhibition organizers within the payments, ecommerce and retail industry - is definitely special! It bolsters our belief in being able to serve the staffing needs of the Retail industry and establishes TASC as a leader in this field,” he added.

Mr. Mahesh Shahdadpuri, Founder & CEO of TASC Outsourcing, said, “This award reinforces our reputation as one of the most innovative and leading best talent and workforce solutions providers in the region. As a leading edge company, we launched this portal out of passion for creating ‘something new and different'. Within the region's staffing industry, we are the first to digitalize the hiring process. In line with the UAE's and HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum UAE Prime Minister and ruler of Dubai, TASC is laying the foundation for innovation and smart transformation within the staffing industry.

“At TASC, we stand out for our innovative customer driven approach to doing business. With the experience gained through TascTemp.com, we are fully geared to fulfill temporary staffing opportunities that will arise for Expo 2020, he added.

TASC Outsourcing is currently the region's leading provider of technology enabled professional contract and permanent professionals. TASC offers contract staffing, recruitment, payroll management and technology managed workforce solutions to customers across the GCC. TASC is now a partner of choice to more than 200 companies within the region, with over thousands of professionals of various nationalities, employed across 75 job functions. In almost a decade, TASC has grown at an unprecedented rate of 100 per cent and received over 18 awards.
