THE ADVENT CALENDAR – MCM'S 2022 FESTIVE CAMPAIGN
MCM announces Christine Quinn as the new face of the coveted 2022 Holiday campaign– a larger-than-life Advent Calendar that features a best-in-class luxury lineup. Launching globally on November 17, 2022, The Advent Calendar echoes the playful and bold themes that come with the holiday season and underpins the DNA of the German fashion luxury house.
The Holiday Campaign is brought to life by notable director Maya Margolina. Known for making her work go viral, Margolina has collaborated with an endless list of pop culture icons including Mariah Carey, Heidi
Klum and Bella Hadid. For MCM's holiday campaign, Margolina created a unique and interactive look into a mise en scène luxurious advent calendar. Showcasing all of MCM's most beloved products, Quinn takes on the role of highlighting the diverse offerings that MCM encompasses, appealing to a wide array of audiences which remains a pillar for the brand. Brought to life through the soundtrack “Fashion Freak” by Isabella Lovestory, the campaign aims to tether the line of displaying functionality of the products offered with a festive and interactive cosplay exhibition of the MCM universe.
MCM's advent calendar offers a robust assortment of iconic products that speak to the MCM persona including a small Berlin Crossbody in a festive range of colors including 24k gold-plated hardware ($2390 USD), an MCM fragrance shaped novelty crossbody bag ($1290 USD), a holiday-edition MCM eau de parfum ($90+ USD) and an Après Ski capsule including an all-over Cubic Monogram jacquard-knit shimmer top ($490 USD) with matching leggings ($430 USD).
Topping it off, MCM will delight fan's with a special release of its iconic hard luggage in December
($4290+). The assortment is available online and in-store now–with special drops planned throughout the festive season.
