Abu Dhabi - March 02, 2020:  Dalma Mall, one of Abu Dhabi's iconic shopping destination, has been once again bestowed with the prestigious Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award – 2020 (SKEA) for demonstrating continuous contribution to its community and steady performance as a shopping center in Abu Dhabi.

The recognition is an outcome of Dalma Mall's strategic implementation to achieve maximum level of operational excellence and to sustain its industry leadership.
Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) was launched by the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 1999 to provide a roadmap and a methodology for continuous improvement and enhanced competitiveness among local and national businesses. Criteria for selection is based on Results Orientation, Customer Focus, People Development and Involvement, Continuous Learning, Innovation and Improvement, Partnership Development and Public Responsibility among others.

On the winning occasion, Mr. Bhupinder Singh, General Manager & CFO – Dalma Mall, said: “We thank the organizers of the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award for rewarding our vision for excellence and quality, by bestowing us with this great honour. This award is an excellent platform where we can showcase our strength and our constant efforts to raise our standards. Our motto is 'customer first' and we implement a quality-focused strategy to ensure the delivery of great experiences to our customers and drive excellence through innovative programs and initiatives within the mall.”

This recognition reflects Dalma Mall's commitment to becoming an innovative and preferred retail destination for the Abu Dhabi residents, as it has received various accolades for setting industry standards and fostering unique experiences for consumers. SKEA Award 2020 will be yet another decorative honor, post Dalma Mall's multiple win at the MECS+R 2019 MENA Shopping Centre & Retailer Awards.
