Musician Anas Alhalabi will elevate workouts that inspire a better quality of life on Saturday, 20 April

Dubai, 17 April 2019:  Golden Mile Galleria on Palm Jumeirah is hosting celebrated percussionist and handpan artist Anas Alhalabi at the third edition of its Run & Flo free fitness event, where participants will feel the benefits of cardio and mobility-based workouts to rhythmic music.
Over 200 people participated in the first two editions of Run & Flo, with another big turnout expected at the next event on 20 April. Warm Up & Run begins at 5pm, followed by Yoga Flow at 6pm.

Held on the terraces of Golden Mile Galleria Building 8, adjacent to Al Ittihad Park, Run & Flo encourages a healthy and active lifestyle through simple workouts, running, yoga and meditation. Participants can enter either session – or both – free of charge.

In addition, Golden Mile Galleria's Blossom Nursery (@theblossomnursery) is offering free access to a safe activity zone for children while parents participate in Run & Flo; Emirates Hospital Clinic (@emirateshospital) is providing complimentary blood sugar and pressure monitoring to attendees; and Mokha 1450 cafe (@mokha1450) is serving free iced coffee shots to all participants.

Run & Flo is a home-grown fitness concept created in collaboration with Core Direction - Dubai's leading fitness, health and wellness online platform.

Warm Up & Run

Warm Up & Run features an energetic 2.6km run at the scenic Al Ittihad Park running track, adjacent to Golden Mile Galleria.
Experts from Fitness First (@FitnessFirstME) will guide participants through stretching exercises to prepare for the race and lead the adrenaline-charged group run.

Yoga Flow

Yoga Flow is a yoga-based, stress-busting stretching session that offers mental and physical relaxation by loosening muscles and boosting stamina and endurance.

Guided by Dubai's top yoga studio and practitioners – Yoga La Vie (@YogaLaVieDub), Allaoua Gaham (@allaouayoga), Maya (@the_desert_princess) and Miriam (@miriamtpilates), attendees will experience powerful asanas.

Participants must bring a personal yoga mat, a beach towel and a water bottle to the sessions.
