Dabur Egypt, one of the most trusted and recognized brands in the field of personal and healthcare products, has witnessed key growth in its product portfolio in 2017, which has resulted in many significant achievements, including its recent success in entering six new markets. The successful move has allowed the company to widen the reach of its products from Egypt to the rest of the world. Dabur Egypt's steady growth reflects the company's successful implementation of a strategic plan for growth and expansion in the country while also further reinforcing its efforts to consolidate a stronger presence across newer markets.

Anoop Sharma, Country Manager, Dabur Egypt Limited, said, “As part of our efforts to drive in more growth and expansion and to continue in our commitment of offering world class, high quality products that meet the needs of consumers, we have launched the ‘Made in Egypt' initiative, which aims to distribute Dabur products in more than six countries. This achievement is a new addition to our long years of experience, spanning over 20 years, reflecting the company's successful business strategies in the Egyptian market.”

Sharma added, “Excellence and innovation are our key approaches to helping manage our operations and corporate activities across all levels. This is in line with our expansion plans and the country's policies to open new export markets for Egyptian products—benefiting largely from Egypt's strategic location; proximity to international markets and trade agreements signed between Egypt and Arab and African countries.”

This year, Dabur Egypt is planning to increase its sales profit and gain further global success while maintaining its strong performance within the Egyptian market and enhancing customer confidence. The company has launched new production lines, including the flagship Amla, Vatika, FEM, Miswak, Hobby, and Vatika DermoViva brands. The development of new products have contributed to around 30 per cent net sales profit growth over the past nine months. During this; period, Vatika Shampoo and Conditioner products have seen a strong demand--making them the fastest growing production line. Dabur Amla products have also become highly popular in the Egyptian market, widely renowned for being the first brand for hair oil, while Vatika hair care are at the forefront in the markets.

Established in 1996 and wholly owned by Dabur International, Dabur Egypt Limited offers a comprehensive portfolio of beauty and health care products, including hair care serums, shampoo, skin care and oral products. The company has successfully established its presence in Morocco and other countries in Central Africa.
