“Born To Excel” Junior Achievers’ Program.

Making Normal children perform at Gifted Levels.  

“Catch them Young” when it comes to training children in any skill. Keeping that in mind, “Born To Excel” Junior Achievers’ program takes in students as early as at six years of age up to nine and gives them training in areas that schools may not have time to pay due attention.

Education is a combination of Information, Formation and Transformation of a child to Human Excellence. The early concepts of the 3 rs Reading Writing and Arithmetic are still very valid along with the essential Tender Loving Care. (TLC). But in the modern times the TLC is training children in Thinking Skills, Learning Skills (Life Long Learning Habit) and Creativity (Innovation to succeed in the global economy). Above all develop Leadership Skills.

Keeping this, as the need of the hour in mind we inculcate in children Thinking skills, Reasoning Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Decision Making Ability, Public Speaking Skills   and above all Interpersonal Communication and Leadership Skills.

Excellent public speaking and sight-reading skills are given to children to gain that extra self-confidence in life.

The exercises are designed to improve concentration, observation, thinking, reasoning, decision making, using puzzles, quizzes, problems, mental arithmetic, crossword puzzles, riddles, mazes, audiovisual presentation to keep them glued to what is going on and learn using all senses. It is fun filled activity oriented learning.

There are group exercises and team building activities with in the 20 children allowed in each batch always attended by two qualified trainers. Such group activities include group singing, group recitations, fun games, rhymes, and situational conversations.  Even the most reserved child opens up and learns inter personal interaction with class mates in conversations, story telling, discussions, inter group competitions to gain the extra self-confidence which is the key outcome of this program

Every child is video taped several times during the sessions. Sessions are from 9 a.m. to 12.30 Noon and the short course duration will be annunced accourding the season. Parents will be able to see the week-by-week progress in various areas by seeing the video recordings.

One full batch had gone on one of the TV channels showing their public speaking skills and the number of calls and emails we received amazed us. The parents and viewers in general admired what these tiny ones were able to do.

An advanced version of this will be available during the summer months of July and August.
