Check out the Thursday Activity (1 November)!

A Library can promote a child's imagination and spark their creativity through various mediums. The Children's room not only contains books, it also contains experiences that stimulate the child's imagination. Al Majlis Library organizes special activities for kids from the age of 5 & above. Activities are conducted thrice a month on Thursdays. The three weeks are classified as follows:

1st week : Outing Thursday.
Children are taken on an outing trip to different sectors. The Library will provide transport. Children are picked up and dropped back at the Library after the activity.

2nd Week : Kids' Thursday
Kids are given a chance to do any sort of Activity of their own. The Activity can either be an Art & Craft or a Cookery item or preferably a Scientific Experiment or any thing of their choice. Kids are given prizes for their efforts.

3rd week : General Thursday
Professionals are called up to teach the best for the kids.
